1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to the following countries:

- Switzerland

2. Processing Time
Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.
During this time, your order will be:
- reviewed
- prepared
- quality-controlled
- packaged and handed over to our shipping partner
Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours of receipt in our system.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, the average delivery time is:
- Germany: 4–8 business days
- Austria: 5–10 business days
- Switzerland: 7–10 business days
Delivery is handled by our shipping and logistics partners.
Please note that in some cases, delays may occur, especially during high order volumes or due to external circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the ordering process before the order is completed.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These costs are to be borne by the buyer and are beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Should an order not be deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address data, we assume no liability for this.

7. Return Costs
The costs for returns are generally borne by the customer.
This also applies to damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered items.
For returns from non-EU countries, additional fees such as customs or import costs may arise. These are also to be borne by the customer.
