Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and, if possible, returned in its original packaging.
Items with clear signs of use or damage may be excluded from return.
Any possible decrease in the value of the goods due to handling necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning remains unaffected.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
After reviewing your request, you will receive the corresponding return address and further return instructions via email.
Return Shipment
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the goods were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For international returns, additional customs or import fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
Unannounced returns or returns to an address not confirmed by us may delay processing.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, the credit may take additional processing time.

SlimPur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return conditions mentioned above.
